Kit List for Germany 2007

To be allowed to board the minibus

• Your Passport, your PC form, and your EHIC card
• Be in Full Scout Uniform including, scarf, woggle, shirt with all badges sewn on and Scout uniform activity trousers

For the Expedition

• Large kit bag, rucksack, or similar.
• Day sack to keep with you on the MiniBus
• Hiking Boots or strong walking shoes and thick hiking socks,
• Casual shoes or trainers for use round base camp, town visits, Theme Park etc
• Socks, knickers, underwear, shirts, trousers for 9 nights way (Friday - Saturday + spares)
• Bathroom/Toilet Bag, soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush & toothpaste, wash cloth and towel
• Sewing kit, personal first aid kit, survival kit, compass (All optional)
• Sleeping Bag, Pillow
• Warm clothing for Mountain/Snowline walks, eg hat, gloves, midfleece etc, you choose!
• Walking Pole (optional)
• Swimming costume
• Water Bottle or "Camel back"
• Wet weather gear, 
• Sun cream, Sun Glasses, Midge Repellant
• Camera
• Torch/Head Torch & Batteries
• Hike Gaitors (optional)
• Bike helmet if taking own bike or intending to MTB at all (eg hire an MTB)
• If taking own bike take spare new inner tube (in case you rip it) lights NOT required.
• Bike protective equiptment eg body armour and padding (optional, but you decide!)
• IPODs and Personal Stereos with headset or ear plugs
• Spending Money (Euros), suggested max €200
