Suggested Top Up Rules
for gaining additional maximum Expedition funding of £200 from Explorers Fundraising Account:
These rules are to Top Up any Grants and Donations received by any Explorer to a maximum of £200 total grants received.
1) Anyone who failed to apply to Loddon District International Fund deduct £50/£100 from
the Explorer's max possible grant as per the following rules.
2) 1- 2 letters requesting Grant Assistance: max subsidy = £25
3) 3 - 5 letters requesting Grant Assistance: max subsidy = £50
4) 5 or more letters: max subsidy = £100
5) Working with Explorer Fundraising team and attended more than 30% of
available fundraising activities: max subsidy = £50
6) Any Explorer requesting funding from Explorers Virtual Accounts must
write/email to the leader team justifyng why we should fund their
Expedition costs.

(ie when you add the £50 from Loddon District makes £200 total grants.)

Leader Team will make all final decisions.
Before we finally hand out the Grant money, we will have a full leader
meeting and briefly present and discuss each request on it's individual
merits.
(ie hear special cases, illness, other voluntary work within Scouting
& the wider Community that precluded them from Fundraising work etc
etc etc)
